Beyond “Tatlin’s nightmare”, there is a Moongarden full of magnificent beings that bloom in the darkness.
Moongarden is an art series that delves into the beauty and resilience of nature, showcasing its remarkable ability to adapt and thrive despite adversity. This series features a catalog of hybrid night flowers—an interspecies fusion of beings that bloom in the night. “A Metaphysics of mixture” (E. Coccia, 2017).
It comprises a series of 3D objects, still images and generative videos made with AI. The audio is a mash-up of night garden sounds and Solfeggio Tones, frequencies known for their healing benefits.
This work was developed during the 13th Loop Art Critique residence, at Mud Foundation‘s Metaverse.
